Delete your account

How to delete your Vector Football account and the data we hold about you.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your programme, training history, test results and other saved data cannot be recovered afterwards.

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

Open the Vector Football app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account & All Data and confirm.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you can't open the app, email vectorfootball.com@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my Vector Football account. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond fully within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately before you delete, or you may keep being charged:

Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vector Football → Cancel subscription.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Vector Football → Cancel Subscription.

What happens to your data

Account and training data (profile, programme, sessions, test results, readiness, match and load data)	Deleted within 30 days of your request
Backups	Deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Billing and transaction records	Kept for 6 years, because UK tax rules require it
Product analytics (PostHog)	Pseudonymous events are kept for up to 12 months; anonymised totals are kept
Server access logs	Kept for 90 days
